I graduated from J.W. Darden High school in 1961, joined the US Air Force, retired from the Force and completed my PhD in 2009.

After completing my Doctorate, I published what I hope to be a best seller, "Hospice- A Holistic Journey Through the Shadow of Death" Outskirts press

I'm a member of Rocky Mtn Lodge #1, Denver, Colorado, Master Mason and a member of the Consistory, 32 Degree. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker and firm believer in mind - body and spirit.

As we and our family members age, it's important to get the best care, especially if we are at the end of life with a terminal illness.

Hospice is not there to cure if the Doctors have done all they can. It's there to keep the patient comfortable, free of pain, and to keep their end of life a dignified one. My mother and most recently my sister had Hospice in their final days.
