Youth Groups

Which are which? The Order of Knights of Pythagoras is the PH youth group for boys, with an independent organization for each state. (How many states/provinces/countries does it operate in?) Order of DeMolay is the MS youth group for boys, with a single international ruling organization. Job's Daughters and Rainbow Girls are the MS youth groups for girls (I've never figured out why they need two), each with a single international ruling organization. The are also local groups, too, particularly Triangles, a MS youth group for girls in New York only. But is there a PH youth group for girls? And is it unified or does it operate in each state independently?
